Spalding Corners is a single-family residential neighborhood located in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.

 

The Spalding Corners subdivision was established in the late 1970’s by developer Jim Cowart and it is in the city of Peachtree Corners within Gwinnett County.  The 222 single-family homes consist mainly of two-story traditional homes as well as some tutor and ranch dwellings on large wooded lots.  The public schools servicing this neighborhood are Simpson Elementary, Pinckneyville Middle, and Norcross High School.     

 

The area surrounding Spalding Corners provides all the needs for you and your family.  The area has many churches, restaurants, shopping plazas, library, post office, fire station, and more.  Not far from the subdivision is The Forum shopping center and new Town Center consisting of around 50+ different stores just minutes away.


The Club at Spalding Corners serves Spalding Corners' residents as well as the surrounding neighborhoods and is part of the Spalding Corners Neighborhood Association.  The Club amenities include four lighted hard surfaced tennis courts, swimming pool with diving board, baby pool, playground, volleyball court and more. The Club also hosts the Spalding Corners Sharks Swim Team.
